It will test your resolve to truly want to make positive change in your life and concurrently challenge long-held beliefs. What constitutes healthy eating and what the mass-media tells us is "healthy" eating are perhaps not the same thing, but more on this in our seminars. The UFIT Clean and Lean Challenge has successfully changed the lives of hundreds of individuals over its time and we are so glad to have you join us on this journey. It will be testing, you may fall off the wagon occasionally but it will be worth it! As human beings, our primary fuel source is our body fat.
